All I want is my 2013 back, and ready for this I have my original key, and my renewal charge date from my CC company from the Microsoft store, the date of the exact time I renewed my subscription. Documents NOW have been lost. I tried to reinstall 2013, but that was a nightmare with their foreign support group with such small parameters to identify the customer, so I had to have the person who built my computer to remotely reinstall 2016.
